Lighting tailored to every space
Throughout
this modern country-style villa, lighting forms a common thread within the
interior. From subtle recessed spotlights to decorative pendant lights and
flexible track systems, every space strikes the right balance between
atmosphere, aesthetics and functionality.
A warm welcome
In the
entrance hall, Nora DC recessed spotlights create a calm and refined lighting
effect. Slightly recessed into the ceiling, they blend subtly into the
interior. Even the smallest room was given special attention: above the
washbasin in the guest toilet, a Maestro pendant light provides a soft and
atmospheric glow.
Practical and decorative
In the
kitchen, the flexibility of the Lucy 48V track takes centre stage. Decorative Moby Deco pendant lights in a bronze finish complement the colours of the kitchen
beautifully, while adjustable Jacob spotlights on the same track provide
additional functional light wherever needed.
The same
combination continues into the living area. Above the seating area, a Lucy 48V
track with Jacob spotlights provides directional light, while Moby Deco pendant
lights set the mood above the dining table. Several adjustable Pivot recessed
spotlights add extra light to the corners of the room while highlighting the
artwork.
Flexible lighting for the home office
Flexibility
was also key in the home office. Lucy 48V tracks with Jacob spotlights were
installed above the desk. Thanks to the adjustable spotlights, the light can be
directed precisely where it is needed.
Atmosphere down to the wine cellar
Lighting
also contributes to the atmosphere in the wine cellar. Several Ontario
surface-mounted wall lights were combined with subtle LED lines, beautifully
highlighting both the space and the wine collection.
Comfort and tranquillity upstairs
In the
master bedroom, several luminaires used downstairs make another appearance. Nora DC recessed spotlights provide general lighting near the wardrobes, while
adjustable Jacob surface-mounted spotlights were selected for the sleeping
area. Next to the bed, the same design returns as an adjustable reading light
with an integrated switch.
Nora DC spotlights were also used in the bathroom. Here, they were fitted with an
additional glass cover in front of the light source, making them suitable for
use in this humid environment.The right atmosphere outdoors too
The
lighting continues outside. Polo wall lights give the façade a warm and
inviting appearance in the evening. In the garden, an adjustable Ufo Mini
bollard light positioned beneath a tree creates an atmospheric accent, bringing
the greenery to life after dark.
